| Kinze 3600. We replaced several blades this winter and in the process the “dog bone “ pivot point that is between the two gauge wheels got flipped upside down which did not allow the gauge wheels to function properly. The seed was placed about 1/4 inch under the surface. The only way I caught it was looking at the row while the planter was on the ground and noticed the planter box was slightly higher than the rest.
Then noticed a few kernels in that row at the surface.
The row was behind a fertilizer tank so I guess I was lucky that I caught it in my first field and not the last.
