Nice to have spring wheat in by May 1. I've done barley early before and ended up freezing it off in wheel tracks for some reason.
Flea beetles have been a nemesis of mine for the last 10 years. We try to seed canola in later when ground warmer. May 20th my self made benchmark start date.
I'm hoping for this weather system to hit and drop a bunch of snow.
