If you had any soil moisture at seeding the imbibing portion should be a non factor until seeds less than 24-36 hours in the ground. Then it's going to depend on length of time it's cold, how cold, and how wet. Seed quality and cold germ would be the biggest factors if it stays cold and wet. If you got good seed to soil contact and seed in good condition (not cracked) and that lot has good cold germ, then it should not be any major issue.
