I would be interested in hearing about the trip, and any license or permits required. I got an enclosed trailer to haul my small utv (pioneer 500) and am considering at trip with it. We have camped at hill city a number of times, but never been in the 'back country'. Supposedly the smaller utv's have different trail accessibility in some areas.
