60ac mostly native grasses has been interseeded with orchard grass and also trefoil.Mostly high tensil electric fence with 2 water gaps.Has ponds shade and a creek thru middle and you can drive a pick up or 4 wheeler anywhere.Have access to a corral and chutes with good loading.Whats a fair rate for cow calf pairs.In past we have had bred receipt cows with no calves.Thank You
