| The company that is complaining was here first. The new guy thats on our leg says the complainer is using old equipment. My wife's work has service from the company that is doing the complaining and she says that it has been working fine the last month or so.
It is appearing to me that the complainer is just blaming his problems on the new guy. Its too bad the local paper gave the new guy a bad image by buying into the BS from the complainer.
I asked the questions on here just to learn as much about the situation as I could just to make sure the new guy was telling me the truth and to find out about the laws governing the providers.
I have had a few calls myself from people in town asking me what was going on since the new guy keeps getting blamed by the guy that was already in town. At least now I have a base knowledge of how the whole thing works.
