| Must be a one size doesn’t fit all sort of deal. The meat on these would come off in ropes after being cooked. It was quite tough and chewy. We caught them from a private lake. Some other folks caught a stringer full of them from the same lake and after cooking them they threw the fillets in the trash. I guess maybe it’s just that type of bullhead that is not good eating. | |
