| The way I understand it is that The FCC allows a certain number of frequencies for public use (free) which the guy that has his anttena on our leg says he is running on a different frequency than the other company and his frequency should not interfere with the other company. There is frequencies availible for purchase but all of the local companies are working on the public frequencies. The company that is complaining basically has a monopoly in the community since the other provider is on the edge of town and can't reach many people in town.
I was hoping someone on here understood how all of this works better than me. This way I could figure out who is telling the truth and who isn't. | |
