| Does the FCC have any control over high speed broadband. In Canada
IC((our radio frequency control group) set a power limit and
Frequency range then let local communities decide on who is the
provider. If local community gives more than one business licence it
is up to the local area to solves any problems. so far it has helped
get high speed broadband into smaller communities, but can see
there can be lots of problems if some other group wants to take
out another provider. | |
