Most folks wouldn't have realized there was something in this Mayweed patch that would provide food that would help sustain them and a few others for several days. Also a food that will keep for weeks with refrigeration. I dug over two 5 gallon buckets full of carrots that were planted last fall and survived the colder than normal weather we had a few weeks ago.
