We have had 325mm for the year, still 300mm short of our yearly average. Winter has been tough for crops and pastures here with record high temps in August and the last 2 weeks of strong winds low humidity and a couple of light frosts. Having said that crops are looking terrific as they were planted on a full profile of soil moisture and 60mm in early Sept saved the season. A good year here would yield around 5t/Ha, this year will be 3.5-4t/Ha, so about average this year. Glad to hear things look good in the south, about time you had a decent finish after the last few years. Tried to post pics but satellite keeps dropping out, will try later.
