I havent yet attempted an exhaustive diagnosis, but my on the fly knee jerk reaction was Take-All. Perhaps a DNA soil test in Autumn might be the appropriate thing.
If it is Crown Rot causing the deadheads , then Im doubtful how useful Flutriafol in the fert at seeding would be. I don't know. Do you, or anyone else, happen to know?
