Eastern Shore of MD | Are you profitable at current new crop levels? I would hope so. IMHO go ahead and hit some singles - in other words make some small sales. We have made a couple 5,000 bu corn sales and 1,000 - 3,000 bu soybean sales scaling up as price continues to increase. I sleep better a night with getting some new crop on the books at good prices.
Puts and Calls are just terribly expensive to use now so we will just continue to make small cash sales. | |
