Glad Valley SD | I’ve got an ecobee, app on my phone let’s me control it from anywhere. Put a remote temp sensor in the bedroom, in the summer it’s one of the warmer rooms in the house. It allows me to run off the bedroom sensor at night then the thermostat during the day. The main thermostat has an occupancy sensor in it that allows for a different programmed temps based on if you are home or not. The other feature I use is the fan program, it can be set so the fan runs a certain amount, mines set at five minutes every hour. If the a/c or furnace runs it counts that, but if it goes an hour without running it will run for five minutes to turn the air over and run it through the filter.
