It's all in your bulk tank maintaince. If you think you might have water in bulk tank, drain them before filling. I use Howes treatment I summer treat bulk tank before filling them. Then in Sept-Oct. I will winter treat bulk tanks and making sure it's blended before cold temps. Best I've found is to add treatment before filling tanks. I also change filters on bulk tanks twice a year. I only buy #2 fuel year round I don't trust supplier if they say it's been treated at the plant. We also will add treatment at fill up during the coldest months. I've never had gelling problems, but you also need to do maintaince on vehicles filters as well. All truck and tractor filters are changed in Sept-Oct. no exceptions.
