South Central MN | It certainly would insulate if it came all at once. We had a pretty mild winter for quite a while, but I thought the ground had been left bare enough and cold enough before the snow that we'd have some frost. Perhaps it thawed from the bottom up underneath the snow. I wasn't expecting frost super deep, but I wasn't expecting to sling mud with the snowblower either. | |
