| My 100 year old grandma just got her second moderna shot yesterday and so far so good. My 72 year old parents got their first Pfizer shot last week so far so good.
Very little is known about the virus and the vaccines have had little time to do extensive trials. But you just have to weigh the risks of not having the shot vs having it.
They are not allowing children to get it yet. Under 18/16 you cannot get the shot. And I would say that their risk of the virus is extremely low so perhaps the risk of having the vaccine is greater for them.
If you're 70-100 you most likely face more risk from the virus than the shot.
It's the people aged in between that have the deciding to do. | |
