Eakly Okla. | I was advised not to take Tylenol before the shot as it could have interactions with the shot but could take it after whenever I thought I was getting headache, sore joints or fever. I never had any after effects with either of the 2 shots. Been 2 weeks now and I still fine. I had the Moderna. My daughter who has underlying conditions took the Pfizer shot and had headaches for 36 hours but doing great now and getting ready for 2nd shot.
