Eastern Nebraska | And actually now, you don't have to use the data manager tool (though you can), but you can simply zip the folder that you exported from the display and drag and drop it into the Files section of Operations Center (screenshot attached). I know it's hard to read the buttons in my screenshot because I'm running dark mode and the Operations Center website isn't optimized for dark mode. But the red circles are upload buttons and you drag your zipped folder from the stick into this box where the arrow is.
