Agreed with the other posts. Op Center is free, you can sign up or you may already have a myJD account since you have displays and receivers it sounds. 

In Apex you'd make a backup and send it to your Op Center account and it will send those years of data to it so you're not starting from scratch there. (your apex will still work too) It's fast, fairly easy to use for new users, and if your computer crashes your data is still there since it's not saved locally on that computer. You can view your maps and reports and such on your phone so if you're standing in your field, you can pull up a hybrid map and see which one you're in and that type of stuff.
