In Resources Tab  set up the Client, Farm, Field and Task, then in Document Tab select your operation and fill in all of the information,  

Then go into the Diagnostics tab and drop the menu down, When you first open the page it will have GPS in the box, open it and select Recording, the Field and Farm should both say Yes, then the Operation Properly Defined should say Yes, if not something is not correct in Document, also in Document make sure you only have two tabs open at the top of the screen, should be New and whatever operation you are doing.

When this is all set it will paint and document your operation.
