Pittsburg, Kansas | I've been thinking about posting about an Instant Pot but he was asking about a crock pot so didn't.
But I'm with you. Wife just got a new 11 in one model by her most wonderful hubby for Christmas and she has been using it to prepare meals in our hotel room (has a small kitchenette). She has been air frying steaks and other stuff. It will pressure cook. It will slow cook. She has been thinking about trying the Souce Vide or whatever the heck it is called but not yet. Can sear the meat. She makes yogurt in them. Baked two cheesecakes so far.
The thing is darn versatile. Got ours on sale for quite a bit less than listed now.
