S Mn | We had the same planter, Do not pull it down the road, the wing tires are a weak point I’d almost guarantee you will blow one we had a fair amount of trouble with them, (Carlisle’s) I still have two new ones and a spare rim in the shed.
I’m 90% sure there is a way to pin those caster wheels rigid to back it on a trailer they tipped the one in Louisville over when the caster wheels pivoted on the trailer and it fell off the side.
