I wish you and the pup the best. In my experience, a University Vet Clinic is going to be able to give the best unbiased options.
We have had cause to use the services to both the the University of Minnesota and Iowa State University Vet Clinics over the years. They are not cheap but I have never thought they were looking to do anymore than necessary. | |
