Boone County Nebraska | Might have to try this. Just when I thought I had it fixed i threw left conveyor chain off both sprockets on a side hill last night. T bar chain. Floor hasn't slid back. I do notice the shaft flex like you say.. Just doesn't seem like the chain seats all the way until link is almost done with sprocket clear at bottom. I have to keep chains fiddle string tight to keep from jumping. Very loud, lots of popping. Manufacturer claims they sent correct sprockets for part number that was on sprocket. Keyways aren't sheared. Wondering if I need to buy pintle style chain? Manure is old dried stockpile manure. No sand or rocks. | |
