I really doubt the Youtube story.

I have posted hundreds of YouTubes through the years, many lately are either partial or all drone footage. Absolutely no monies received. I have no idea why the Feds would care, unless you're obviously blatantly violating some FAA regulation.

One needs to ask themselves before they post a YT aerial video if it violates any obvious regs. Actually the same with posting any kind of YT. No one would post a video of themselves drinking & driving on a public road. That would cause trouble also.
