$13/ton seems kind of high. With stockpile at field OP should be able to spread 5 - 8T loads or 40T/hr that works out to $520/hr. Here cattle manure is figured at $10/ton applied and IA state shows 3.25-6/ton for application. At 5/ton that is $200/hr and seems reasonable.
