If you have heavy pressure and no trait protection I would not use capture or Bifenthrin.  If it has to be liquid use Index from Amvac or I think there might be a liquid force out there just can't recall.  Both will require some additional equipment.  We ran Index for the first time this year on our ConC acres and loved it.  It is a closed system unless you plug an orifice which we did a couple times.  Just use common sense around it.  We inject it into our in furrow with a dosatron.  Capture won't give you the control you need if pressure is heavy.
