Here in Iowa tools rust up if the shop is not heated constantly. You don't have quite as much humidity in Saskatchewan as we do in iowa but I would think the same rule would apply but a lesser degree.
I’m in sask also and yes they will rust if not heated all
The time. If you just leave them cold they are fine. Just can’t let them get warm and cold.
