I’d keep it on all the time. Mine stays around 50 all winter. Keeps the frost out and stays drier inside. I’ve tried a little cooler but then my doors freeze down and windows frost up. I have a natural gas furnace hanging from the roof. I think if you let it get too cold the cement gets frost in it then it takes a lot to warm up and keep it up to temperature.
