Turn off, 24' x 32' x 12', two electric ceiling mounted heaters with thermostats. When really cold (20 degrees or below), turn on heaters, fire up torpedo heater, in 15 minutes over 60 degrees, turn off torpedo. Electrics cycle on and off as needed, maintaining 70 degrees. Concrete never gets warm, so don't lay on floor too much.
