SW TX PANHANDLE | I’ve had 3 take up residence on my back porch just this week. Have found that a water hose is pretty effective in getting them to leave. So far it has worked on all three, haven’t got sprayed yet. Apparently they’ve been sharing food with the dog. The dog absolutely lives them alone and skunks will walk right by the dog. Skunks won’t be back, got them far enough away from the house and they met their maker. Lots of skunks in the area right now, dead ones every few miles on highway. | |
