Curious because you would see alot of that harder farming type sections here in the east and guys fight over it juust like the good stuff , but it brings lower rent bids for sure . I could see land like in the O/P pictures bidding out just shy of $200 if it has decent access for the bigger equipment to get on the land . What would that land rent for in your area ??


Your pretty spot on with your description and guess. On paper it makes good enough money, but so much time spent per acre vs a square 80. I had a opportunity to bid on a lot larger and squarer piece. After putting thought into what it was worth i still can’t decide if i underbid on it or over offer on these smaller ones...
