I put this on market talk too, but sold after April 15th got $33/hd first CFAP and $55 this time for $88 total. If sold prior to the 15th got $214, which is more than twice the amount. The $88 will help a lot but was hopeful for something closer to the $214 given similar market in that time period. What a difference a day can make. It would be $120,000 difference on my mid sized operation.
