Middlesex County, Ontario
Go to the hydraulics screen. Every hydraulic outlet has 3 main adjustments.

+ icon is flow in the positive direction.
- icon is flow in the negative direction.
clock icon is timer, that's how long the scv stays engaged when you click it if the timer mode is activated. There is a timer on/off toggle to turn that functionality on and off (right hand side).

It should work like any other tractor.

Each SCV also has modes for
Lock/Unlock
Priority On/Off
Flow start. You can select whether the scv goes full flow immediately when engaged, or whether it has a slower "ramp up" or "soft-start."
And of course you can assign the SCV to any lever or joystick button.

Any time you want to make an adjustment, you must select that thing on the right side of the screen. The left side of the screen is for monitoring. The right side of the screen is for adjustments.

I didn't watch this video, just stole a screenshot, but I'm sure they go over it.
