How easy they are to learn depends on attitude and willingness to learn.

Never been in a tractor before and just need to drive around? The TMS button and the gas pedal button need to be lit up and away you go. Drives like a car, but with a shuttle shift.

Old, bitter, hate electronics, and expect the transmission to read your mind across all conditions? Probably not going to get along with it.

Want to learn to set every option for every condition, are relatively smart, can read a manual, and won’t get frustrated if it takes 100 hours of seat time? You’ll be an expert in no time.

The joystick has changed in the last 15 years and some of the lesser used functions moved around. You’d be able to figure it out in a few minutes just by looking for the familiar symbols.
