| Electric fence is going to be the only way to keep them out. I lost 3 sweet corn crops in a row to bears till I finally put up a fence. I have had scat all around the fence this year, but no damage inside the fence. It does not have to be much of a fence either. Plastic step in post and polywire work just fine.
