Washington Co Ks | Yes, it is recorded. I talked to the appraiser to see if the north acre had sold as I was paying taxes on the whole thing and didn't want to continue if I wasn't using it. She and the Register of Deeds looked into it and said that I did own the south acre and the second deed shouldn't have been issued. I don't want to keep this property it's just a matter of how do we get it straightened out. It isn't worth very much but I don't feel like just giving it away. I was given the property to clean it up as it was grown up in trees and brush and had some hazards that my kids could have gotten hurt if they went on it. They were told not to go over there but I think that they did. | |
