Central ND | Someone dropped the ball on the abstract research.You cannot deed something to someone that you do not own.I may not understand correctly how this works but......How can two separate deeds be issued for the same lot and then eventually exclude one lot owner?
The way I see it, there is going to be some research needed on that section of land to see where the flaw in transfer is at or if there is a flaw. | |
