| I have a Claas 2200 roto cut.3x4. I pull it with my 320hp Challenger usually.
This past week I had to put the 4440 on it as the challenger was elsewhere. It will do it, in thin hay. No possible way it would do it in straw but handles moderate/thin hay fine. The plunger rocks it enough to notice but not enough to do any harm.
If it was gonna stay hooked to it I’d be looking for a bigger tractor. It’s all I would ever want going down the road, and can get scary turning, and we are flat here.
So yes, it will run it but slower both in the field or the road then I can go with my 300hp mfwd. | |
