Southern Alberta Canada | Should be no problem, we ran Hesston 4800 with accumulators, 4910s and 2190s for 38 years (God, I'm getting old :-/ ) with 2290 Cases. Power was never really a problem, for traction on really steep hills we had to drive around to the top and come down, roading was no problem at all at 18.4mph. Our earlier tractors were setup with 18.4/38 singles set all the way out on the axles, the later ones we never bothered taking the duals off. We did put 2390 drawbars on them as we didn't like the curve caused by the balers on the standard drawbars. We put weights on the front to try improve the ride, not sure if it helped. | |
