Southeast PA | Option b sounds the best. Make sure you have the 48' set up to where you could use that as a wet bin someday. Where do you go with other crops?
The larger the wet bin, the smaller the dryer you can have. I think the wet bin rule of thumb is to have 2-2.5 days worth of wet grain capacity in front of your dryer. Gets you through a few rainy days or the weekend/sunday.
A 30k 36' would be a nice size for a wet bin too.
Edit: 2 legs works fine, I don't know why guys think they need 3. Use the wet leg to receive, feed the dryer then once the dryers full it overflows into the wet bin. Make it so the wet leg is piped to the other bins or the drag goes to the dry leg also so if grain is dry you can hit the storage bins without going through the dryer.
Put up a top dry, then you only need 1 leg.
