East Central SD | The larger the wet bin, the more efficient the dryer. I had a 5500 bu cone feeding the dryer, but would run out of corn during the night. When I built a 23000 bu wet bin, it increased my dryer capacity by 25%, because my dryer runs around the clock. It also takes the pressure off if you have a half day break down, or need to tend to other things. Combine until the bin is full, quit before dark, and get some rest and keep your sanity. | |
