A good fruit pie, 9" double crusted, should be worth $15.00. A good pecan pie maybe close to the same as the cost of nuts has risen. Cream pies I think $12.00 would be a fair price. Good for you for supporting her entrepreneurial spirit!


I think your pricing is about right what with the way food prices have gone up. We're into the pumpkin pie and apple pie season. But if you're particularly good at making the French Silk, go with that too. Homemade crusts are a big plus in my mind, esp. if they're a nice flakey crust.
