We bought a ceramic coated fry pan. Only had it 3 or 4 months. Has been good so far. Seems to stick less than teflon. I have one of the white coated ones too and they too are better than the teflon I think. One drawback is if you scratch them they seem to go downhill faster than a scratched teflon one.
