In addition to doing a good job, get it done when it is suppose to be done.

If you are too busy to get it done on time be upfront about it.

Back when we were hiring our washing done nothing made me madder than a washer that didn't show up when he was suppose to. Hog buildings are usually on an extremely TIGHT schedule, showing up a day late is not good for your business.

Between not getting the job done that we wanted and having several times of it not being done by the time it should have been we bought a bigger washer and went back to doing it ourselves. We're much happier now.
