As long as you are all convinced that you were clear about the orders, then it is their problem to eat, not yours. I have a feeling you will probably gain from the fungicide, but you didn't order it so there is no good reason you should have to pay for it.
If it were me, I would probably discuss it, and in the end if nothing could be agreed, I would pay it. How the discussion went would be the determining factor in how the business relationship came out of the deal.
It has nothing to do with your question, but this is one of many reasons I also prefer to do my own work when speaking of something as critical as spraying. If we do it all ourselves, any mistakes that happen are caused by and costs born by the responsible party. | |
