Pay the guy for his treatment then remember to never hire him again, just use your own sprayer. Follow your own tracks. He made new ones. If you really can't stand driving through big beans, get a plane to do it. The extra cost of the application will be offset by having no tire damage.
Very few custom guys will treat your ground like it was their own.
