Steve, what value do you put on knowing the job is done right and you are getting what you paid for? None?


First off, I don't think this recommendation is a way to handle the problem at all. Certainly it doesn't address the instant issue that the field was applied in a way the OP did not intend. Further this seems to be a miscommunication issue. The OP could buy his own sprayer and still have an issue communicating with an employee running the sprayer and have the same result, only this time he is guaranteed to pay for the extra chemical that he didn't want.

Now beyond this I think your post is baiting a single member of this board, and is poor etiquette. Your "loaded" question implies that on your farm you never make mistakes. This may be true on your farm, but realize the rest of us in the world are mere mortals and make our own share of mistakes.
