You must have used too much. It is very absorbent. You don't use nearly as much as you would almond flour if you substitute it for almond flour.

It will make the chaffle dryer and that can be an advantage if you want to use the chaffle like bread for a sandwich.

Try just a little bit in the chaffle mixture.

Our normal chaffles are just eggs and cheese.
